The Challange

As part of the world-renowned Pacha Group, B-Free needed a bold, cohesive and energetic visual identity for its events, nightlife promotions, and brand-driven experiences.

The challenge was to create a design system flexible enough to work across:

  • Large-scale nightlife events
  • Uniforms and fashion merchandise
  • Social media campaigns
  • Posters, flyers and print advertising
  • Branded experiences inside the clubs and VIP areas

This was especially important for Pacha La Pineda, one of the biggest nightclubs in Europe, capable of hosting over 5,000 people — demanding strong visuals with immediate impact.

The Process

As Art Director, I led the creative direction across branding, marketing and fashion design, developing a unified aesthetic inspired by the iconic Pacha Ibiza brand while giving the local venues their own identity.

My responsibilities included:

Branding & Campaign Art Direction
  • Design of event posters, flyers, and promotional material for weekly and special events
  • Visual systems for both Pacha and La Cage, blending bold colours, typography and photography
  • Creation of digital content, animated visuals and social media campaigns

Fashion & Merchandise Design

In addition to graphic design, I developed multiple fashion pieces for the brand, including:

  • Staff uniforms — custom T-shirt designs worn by the Pacha La Pineda team
  • Giveaway T-shirts — exclusive designs for themed parties at Pacha and La Cage
  • Fashion garments for sale — branded clothing and lifestyle pieces sold in the official Pacha store

These designs needed to align with the iconic Pacha style while remaining modern, wearable and attractive to an international audience.

  • Vinyls, posters and large-format graphics inside the club
  • Visual identity for themed nights and touring events

Marketing assets for collaborations with lifestyle brands

The Outcome

The refreshed design direction helped B-Free and Pacha Group elevate their presence across digital, print, and fashion channels.

Results included:

  • Stronger brand recognition across events and merchandise
  • Increased engagement through cohesive social campaigns
  • A more premium and unified visual experience inside the venues
  • Fashion pieces that became favourites among staff and party guests
  • Merchandise that contributed to brand loyalty beyond the nightclub

The combined branding + fashion + digital approach reinforced Pacha’s connection with its stylish, international community, keeping the essence of Ibiza alive across every touchpoint.
