The Challange

El Club de Creativos (CdeC) is a Spanish non-profit association that brings together professionals in the creative and advertising industry. Founded in 1999, its mission is to defend creativity as a business tool, elevate the quality of advertising, and empower Spanish creative talent.

Among its main initiatives, the Día C Congress, held annually in Donostia–San Sebastián, is the most important gathering for creative professionals in Spain. It celebrates innovation, talent, and the best work in the national advertising scene through conferences, exhibitions, and the presentation of the CdeC Awards.

The challenge was to help develop and coordinate the visual identity and production design of this major event — ensuring every element, from the stage visuals to the printed programs, reflected the spirit of creativity and excellence that defines the CdeC.

The Process

As part of the production and design team, I worked alongside art directors, designers, and event coordinators to create a cohesive and impactful visual experience for all attendees.

My work included:

Designing and adapting visual assets for the event, including stage and screen graphics, signage, and printed materials.

Coordinating with production suppliers to ensure color accuracy, print quality, and timely delivery of all design elements.

Preparing and organizing digital presentations and audiovisual content for the speakers and award ceremonies.

Ensuring consistency in the visual identity across multiple formats and materials, both on-site and online.

The design concept for Día C was built around creativity in motion — using bold visuals, dynamic compositions, and typographic energy to celebrate the power of ideas.

The Outcome

The event delivered an immersive and inspiring experience for creatives, brands, and agencies from across Spain.

The visual execution reinforced CdeC’s reputation as the leading platform for creative excellence, highlighting the strength of Spanish advertising and design.

My contribution helped maintain visual coherence and technical precision throughout the event, supporting seamless production and an unforgettable atmosphere for attendees and participants.

 

Impact

Supported the creative direction and production of one of Spain’s most important industry events.

Strengthened the visibility of CdeC’s mission — connecting professionals and celebrating creativity as a force for cultural and business growth.

Helped produce a cohesive and professional experience for more than 600 attendees, including leading agencies and brands.
